3.	DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST Members will be asked to confirm that their Disclosure of Interest Forms are accurate and up-to-date. Any other disclosures that Members may wish to make during the meeting should be made orally. Members are reminded that unless their disclosable pecuniary interest is registered on the register of interests or is the subject of a pending notification to the Monitoring Officer, they are required to disclose relevant disclosable pecuniary interests at the meeting.
4.	URGENT BUSINESS (IF ANY) To receive notice from the Chair of any business not on the Agenda which should, in the opinion of the Chair, by reason of special circumstances, be considered as a matter of urgency.
5.	ANNOUNCEMENTS To receive Announcements, if any, from the Mayor, the Leader, Head of Paid Service and/or Returning Officer.

7.	BUSINESS REPORT OF THE LEADER INCORPORATING COUNCILLORS' WRITTEN QUESTIONS TO THE LEADER AND CABINET MEMBERS To receive the attached Business Report which details the 2015/16 Council Tax and Revenue Budget considered by the Leader and Cabinet at its meeting on 17 February 2015. A Councillor may ask no more than two questions on a matter related to the Council Tax or draft Budget or the Business Report. The Leader and Cabinet Members will also provide draft written replies to the written questions submitted by Members of the Council. The questions and draft replies will be circulated at the meeting. Councillors may ask two supplementary questions arising from the reply given to a question they have submitted. 8.	COUNCIL TAX DEBATE To debate the attached Business Report which details the 2015/16 Council Tax and Revenue Budget considered by the Leader and Cabinet at its meeting on 17 February 2015 and to consider the recommendations therein.
9.	CAMERA RESOLUTION To resolve that, under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act, 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information falling within those paragraphs indicated in Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended.
