A15/17 EXEMPT ITEMS

The allocation of the agenda between Part A and Part B was agreed.
A16/17 APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTOR OF LAW AND MONITORING OFFICER

The Committee considered the applications and RESOLVED to appoint Jacqueline Harris-Baker to the position of Director of Law and Monitoring Officer.
A17/17 [THE FOLLOWING MOTION IS TO BE MOVED AND SECONDED AS THE "CAMERA RESOLUTION" WHERE IT IS PROPOSED TO MOVE INTO PART B OF A MEETING]

Councillor Hall proposed and Councillor Hopley seconded, that the remainder of the meeting be moved to Part B and the public and press be excluded.

 

The Committee RESOLVED to move into Part B and exclude the public and press for the remainder of the meeting.
