RESOLVED that the allocation of business between Part A and B of the Agenda be confirmed.

RESOLVED that the Press and Public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting on the grounds that it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the proceedings to be conducted, that there would be disclosure of confidential or exempt information falling within those paragraphs indicated in Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended.

B8/12 NOMINATION OF MAYOR FOR THE COUNCIL YEAR 2012/2013

Councillor Mike Fisher moved and Councillor Dudley Mead seconded the motion that Councillor Eddy Arram be invited to allow his name to be submitted to the Annual Meeting of the Council to be held on the 21st May 2012 for election to the Office of Mayor for the Council Year 2012/13.


RESOLVED that Councillor Eddy Arram be invited to allow his name to be submitted to the Annual Meeting of the Council, to be held on 21st May 2012, for election to the Office of Mayor for the Council Year 2012/13.
