The Committee RESOLVED to appoint Councillor Sean Fitzsimons as Chair, Councillor Carole Bonner as Deputy Chair, and Councillor Jan Buttinger as Vice Chair.

The Committee RESOLVED to establish the following Sub-Committees and appoint the memberships as detailed in the Appointments to Main Council Bodies report (blue schedule)):

a) Scrutiny Sub-Committee - Children and Young People
b) Scrutiny Sub-Committee - Health and Social Care
c) Scrutiny Sub-Committee - Streets, Environment and Homes
