Purpose:

This report seeks to approve a contract award to Reed Learning for Managed Training Services for employees, for a period of 5 years from 01 April 2024 to 31 March 2029, with a 1-year break clause at a contract value up to £1m.

2.1      to approve the award of two contracts for the provision of Managed Training Services and approve the waivers under regulation 19.

 

2.1.2   to make a Contract award to Reed Learning, for a term of five years from 1st April 2024, with a contract break clause at the end of year 1, at an estimated maximum full term contract value of £1m (up to around £200,000 per annum.)
