Members are invited to declare any disclosable pecuniary interests (DPIs) and other registrable and non-registrable interests they may have in relation to any item(s) of business on today’s agenda.

The Committee is invited to approve as correct records, the minutes of the meetings held on 8 and 15 September 2022.

This report seeks the Committee’s approval to agree the salary package and undertake the selection and appointment to the post of Director of Finance (Deputy s151 Officer).

A meeting of the Committee will be held on Wednesday 7 December 2022 to conduct formal interviews for the post.

The following motion is to be moved and seconded where it is proposed to exclude the press and public from the remainder of a meeting or a particular item:

“That, under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act, 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the remaining item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information falling within those paragraphs indicated in Part 1 of Schedule 12A, as amended, of the Local Government Act 1972.”
