RESOLVED: To

1.    Approve the award in accordance with Regulation 28.4(c) of the Council’s Tenders and Contracts Regulations for the Parking ICT Case Management system for a contract term of 10 years (with break provision in years 3,6 and 8) to the contractor and for the value stated in Part B of the report; and

2.    Note the contractor name and contract value will be published following contract award.
