For the reasons set out in the report and its appendices the Cabinet Member for Health and Adult Social Care RESOLVED:
To approve the procurement strategy set out in this report to procure a contract for the care and support provision at the three Care Homes: Addington Heights, Heavers Court and Langley Oaks, for a period of 10 years with an option to extend for up to a further 3 years at a maximum value of £81,900,000.
