1. Extend by way of variation in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Council’s Tenders and Contracts Regulations the ‘The Young Person & Care Leavers Service’ contract in accordance with the Regulation 30 of the Council’s Tenders and Contracts Regulations awarded to CAYSH for an extension period of 15 months to 30th June 2021 at a cost of £709,037 for a maximum aggregated contract value of £4,683,213.00.
2. Note a report detailing commissioning intentions, procurement strategy and any specific arrangements to end the current contract will be presented to Cabinet Member for Families, Health and Social Care, Cabinet Member for Children’s, Young People and Learning, Cabinet Member Homes and Gateway Services and the Cabinet Member for Resources and Financial Governance in November.
