The consultation includes a draft Tenant Offer and a draft Leaseholder/Freeholder Offer. The consultation runs from 13 December to 26 January. This report shares with Cabinet the outcome of the statutory consultation and proposes next steps with a view to issuing a Landlord Offer prior to a ballot of eligible residents in Spring 2023.
