disposals for 23/24 and request delegation to the Corporate
Director Resources to agree final terms and price of the subsequent
disposal of any Council assets in consultation with the Executive
Mayor.
The papers also requests delegation from the Executive Mayor to the
Corporate Director Resources to agree the terms for all lettings,
leases and rent review settlements for all Council assets.
