  • The reasons that the Council is committed to greater consultation with residents including the requirement to comply with the Regulator of Social Housing standards.
  • How we will meet our commitment outlined in the Resident Charter to improve our services by listening to the views of residents
  • How we will ensure the feedback we receive represents the full range of opinions from our diverse resident base
  • Proposals as to how we will consult residents in future.
