Procurement strategy for Supervised Contact

The procurement strategy report seeks approval to commence the procurement of a new contract for Supervised Contact Service that ensures the Council meets its statutory duties to provide supervised contact services for families in accordance with the Children Act 1989.

 

It recommends the approval of the commissioning intentions and a procurement that are in line with Croydon’s Tender and Contract Regulations and PCR 2015. The contract period will be of 60 months with the provision to extend a further 24 months and will be a total of £4,130,000
