Investment decision and variation to the Procurement Award of the Strategic Delivery Partner for Adult Social Care

 

 

1.1          The Executive Mayor to take a decision on the investment and contract variation in the contract.

 

1.2          The report will set out the requirement for a contract value variation of the February 2024 award to Bloom Procurement Services Ltd, for a procurement of a two-phase contract of a strategic deliver partner, to support the Adult Social Care and Health Directorate to deliver the transformation and savings required over the next 3 years.

 

1.3          Phase 1 of the programme of work has been completed, and the variation is relevant to the delivery of Phase 2. The variation follows the procurement award (CCB No: PB-2324-000016-S-A) and procurement strategy (CCB No: PB-2324-000016-S).
