This report sets out a long-term approach to evaluate and manage Croydon Council’s Housing Regeneration and New Build Schemes across its HRA Assets.  

The Framework acts as a tool to help guide decision-making and the preparation for the successful delivery of Housing Schemes by the Council residents and partners. 

Seeks approval to:

Agree the approach set out in the Housing Options Regeneration & New Build Framework (HRONBSF) as the basis for understanding and evaluating substantial investment in Croydon’s Housing Schemes. 

Note, that each new scheme will be subject to Council decision-making, procurement processes and resident consultation.
