Reason for urgency: MOU is due to be submitted to DfE on 08 April 2025. DfE had informed the council late of: How much the grant will be (20 December 2025) What the process for accepting the grant will be (25 February 2025) . The Council needs to sign the MOU and submit this to DfE by 08 April 2025. If not, the Counicl risks losing the funds and the subsequent impact of withdrawing the services and staffing who support Family Hubs would be substantial.
