The Committee then voted on a second motion supporting the officer's recommendation, moved by Councillor Humayun Kabir and seconded by Councillor Paul Scott, 3 in favour and 2 against, so planning permission was GRANTED for development at 19 Upper Woodcote Village, Purley, CR8 3HF, with an additional condition for a construction management plan to ensure the shop/post office can remain open during the development.
