RESOLVED -
The Committee agreed that:

1. Councillor Sean Fitzsimons be appointed Chair;
2. Councillor Carole Bonner be appointed Deputy Chair (majority group); and
3. Councillor Jan Buttinger be appointed Vice Chairman (minority group).

And that:

1. Three scrutiny Sub-Committees be established
2. The remit of the Sub-Committees as set out in paragraph 4.3 of the report be agreed
3. Some parameters for the frequency and content of scrutiny meetings be agreed (paragraphs 4.5 to 4.8 of the report)
4. And the dates of Committee meetings be noted (section 5 of the report)
