4. Approval to a downward price variation of up to a maximum of 10% for each disposal without having to refer the matter back to Cabinet to allow for some minor value changes during the disposal process as further due diligence is undertaken. Any variation in price would be subject to approval of the Interim Corporate Director Resources and s151 Officer.
