1.    To approve the direct award of the two contracts set out at table 1 in paragraph 3.6 of the report for a period of 12 months, with maximum values as set out in the table.

2.    To note the waiver approved by the Chair of CCB in respect of the requirements of Regulation 11.3 to undertake a formal tendering procedure for the contacts set out at table 1 in paragraph 3.6 of the report.
