RESOLVED: To approve, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Tenders and Contracts Regulations, the extension via variation of the contract with Premier Partnership Ltd for the provision of Manages Training Services, for a further period of 1 year from 01/08/2021 to 31/07/2022 resulting in a further increase to the contract value by £200,000 (£700,000 in aggregate).
