20/12/2021 - Asset Disposal: Former CALAT Coulsdon, Malcolm Road and Barrie Close site (Coulsdon Community Centre)

 

1.    Approve the Letting of the former CALAT building in Malcolm Road, Coulsdon to Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust for a term of 25 years.

 

2.    Approve the subsequent sale of the freehold interest once the lease has been completed.

 

3.    Approve the grant of a new reversionary lease to Coulsdon Community Centre for a term of 25 years to follow on from their existing lease which is due to expire in 2026.

RESOLVED: To

 

1.      Approve the Letting of the former CALAT building in Malcolm Road, Coulsdon to Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust for a term of 25 years.
