RESOLVED: To

1.     Approve the award of a telephony and contact centre system contract in accordance with Regulation 28.4(c) of the Council’s Tenders and Contracts Regulations for a contract term of up to 7 years (5 years +1+1) to the contractor and for the value stated in Part B of the report.

2.     Note the contractor name and contract value will be published following contract award.
