Advocacy for Adults Procurement Strategy Commissioning & Procurement Strategy Report

This report seeks approval to commence the procurement of a new Advocacy Service to ensure the council meets its statutory duty in providing an Advocacy Service under the Care Act 2014 and Care and Support Advocacy Service Regulations 2014 from the 1st of October 2024. Approve the commissioning intentions and procurement strategy which are in line with Croydon’s Tender & Contracts Regulations and PCR 2015, detailed in this report, for the recommissioning of Croydon’s statutory Advocacy Service for a period of 7 years for a maximum estimated total contract value of £2,263,631.
