1. This report provides an update on the status of the Croydon Town Centre regeneration programme. 2. This report also sets out proposals for the annual Growth Zone budget and high level programme for 2024/25. It reflects the Mayor’s Business Plan 2022 – 2026, the need to support the approach to recovery and renewal of Croydon town centre. The Growth Zone income is ring fences by the Statutory Instrument and provides an additional funding source. Therefore, positively contributing to the Council’s financial position.
