The report provides detail of the monitoring exercise which relates to the experimental healthy neighbourhoods., it outlines some of the benefits which have accrued as a result of the measures introduced under experimental powers from 30 Sept 2022. The decision by Cabinet is whether after considering the outcome of the experimental schemes to make six schemes 1) permanent or to remove the schemes, 2) if the decision to make them permanent whether to proceed with engagements with the community for any adjustments as appropriate., and 3) to recommend the removal of one scheme.
