Training Services Provider - Employees

This report seeks to approve a contract award to Premier Partnership for Managed Training Services for employees, for a period of 5 years from 01 April 2024 to 31 March 2029, with a 1-year break clause at a contract value up to £1m.

 

Premier Partnership are a well-known provider with a broad offer and wide provider base. They have been blended learning solutions offering economies of scale and lessons learned and networking with other customers with a reporting system providing insights.

 

In June and July 2023, LBC undertook a best value market test with the 4 Providers on the ESPO reference 383_21 Managed Training Services Framework for Lot 1, Managed Services Provider, with the intention to award a new contract as a call off from the framework after identifying the provider offering the most economically advantageous solution that best meets our needs.
